Heartland Community Health Center recently disclosed that it suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal data of certain individuals.
What Happened?
On October 1, 2024, an unauthorized party accessed Heartland Community Health Center’s computer network, resulting in unauthorized access to patients’ sensitive information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, drivers’ licenses, medical and health information, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers.
