Northern Safety Company, Inc., recently disclosed that it suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal data of certain individuals.
What Happened?
On June 7, 2024, Northern Safety’s became aware that an unauthorized third party had gained access to its computer system, resulting in unauthorized access to consumers’ sensitive data, including names, contact information, dates of birth, beneficiary information, and Social Security numbers.
On November 25, 2025, after completing an investigation of the incident, Northern Safety filed a notice of data breach and sent out data breach letters to those who were affected.
