Mr. Marchese represents clients and families across the United States who have suffered an adverse reaction from a vaccine.

Prior to joining Siri & Glimstad LLP’s vaccine injury group, Mr. Marchese worked with coal miners and their families to obtain benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act. He has worked for a large national defense firm where he litigated all manner of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues. Mr. Marchese has also handled a wide variety of matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, vaccine injury, financial arbitration, contract negotiation, bankruptcy, and other tort cases on behalf of a wide variety of clients.

Mr. Marchese graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law. There, he served as a Lead Articles Editor and Staff Writer on the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. Mr. Marchese was awarded the A.H. McLeod-Ross Malone Advocacy Award for his class, conferred by the faculty for demonstrating distinction in client advocacy.

Prior to law school, Mr. Marchese served in the Peace Corps in Armenia. During law school, he returned to Armenia where he worked with an Armenian law and development firm, Global SPC, developing a proposal to boost agricultural exports. Following his Peace Corps tenure, he lived in Moscow, Russia studying Russian Language and economics.

Aside from his legal experience,Mr. Marchese has been active within the Chicago tech community. He is a former founder of a technology company, has participated in Techstars Chicago’s March 2023 cohort, and serves on the board of a technology company.
