Community Care Alliance recently disclosed that it suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal data of more than 114,000 individuals.
What Happened?
Between July 1 and July 5, 2024, an unauthorized party accessed Community Care Alliance’s computer system, resulting in unauthorized access to consumers’ sensitive information, including names, addresses, dates of birth, medical data, health insurance information, and Social Security numbers.
On March 7, 2025, after completing an investigation of the incident, Community Care Alliance filed a notice of data breach and sent out data breach letters to those who were affected.
