New Era Enterprises recently disclosed that it suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal data of certain individuals.
What Happened?
Between December 9 and 18, 2024, an unauthorized individual accessed New Era Enterprises’ IT network, resulting in unauthorized access to consumers’ sensitive information, including names, addresses, dates of birth, health insurance policy numbers, medical treatment details, and Social Security numbers.
On February 11, 2025, after completing an investigation of the incident, New Era Enterprises filed a notice of data breach and sent out data breach letters to those who were affected.
