What Happened?
On May 6, 2024, Regional Obstetric Consultants became aware that an unauthorized party accessed their computer system, resulting in unauthorized access to consumers’ sensitive data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, drivers’ license information, financial account information, health insurance information, and Social Security numbers.
On January 22, 2025, after completing an investigation of the incident, Regional Obstetric Consultants filed a notice of data breach and sent out data breach letters to those who were affected.
